How Our 'Choose Your Own Albums' Service Works

Step 1 — Email Us Your Album Wishlist

Send your list of albums to hello@chinchillachoons.com. Or Just Use The Chatbot In The Right Hand Corner. The more detail you give us, the faster we can check availability for you.

Step 2 — We Check Our Private Library

We have an extensive private music library built up over more than two decades — spanning thousands of albums across reggae, soul, R&B, hip hop, funk, jazz, gospel, afrobeats, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and far beyond. We'll check your list against what we have and come back to you — usually within 24 hours — with confirmation of what's available.

Step 3 — We Agree Your Final Album List

Once we've confirmed availability, we'll agree the final list with you. If we don't have a particular album, we'll let you know and you can swap it for another choice. We want your USB to be exactly right — so we'll take as long as it takes to get your selection confirmed.

Step 4 — Purchase Your Custom USB

Once your album list is agreed and confirmed, we'll direct you to purchase. Payment is taken only after availability is confirmed — we won't take your money before we know we can deliver your exact selection.

Step 5 — We Load Your USB & Ship It

We load your chosen albums onto a quality USB stick, package it up, and ship it directly to you. Your custom USB arrives ready to plug into your car, home speaker, smart TV, or any USB-ready device — no software, no installation, just press play.

Our Choose Your Own Albums service is priced in increments of 10 albums. The more albums you choose, the better the value. All prices include a quality plug-and-play USB stick pre-loaded with your chosen albums.

Albums are priced at £3.00 per album. All orders ship via tracked delivery. Want more than 100 albums? Email us and we'll quote you directly.

We need to check your albums are available in our private library before you purchase. We will not accept payment for albums we cannot confirm are available.

What if you don't have the album I want?

We'll let you know honestly or search for the Album you've requested or suggest some similar alternatives if we can. 

How long does it take to prepare a custom USB?

Once your album list is confirmed and payment received, we aim to have your custom USB shipped within 2 working days. Delivery via tracked post then takes a further 1–3 working days within the UK.

Can I order more than 100 albums?

Yes — email us at hello@chinchillachoons.com and we'll discuss options and pricing for larger orders.

Is the service available outside the UK?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery is £4.99 for all orders regardless of destination. Contact us to discuss international delivery timescales for your country.

What format are the albums in on the USB?

Albums are loaded as MP3/ 320kbps files, which are compatible with virtually all car stereos, home speakers, smart TVs, and USB-ready devices. If you need a specific format, mention it in your email and we'll see what we can do.
